Forza Horizon 6 Vision House: Unlock, Cost and All Houses

How do you unlock the Vision House?

Houses in Forza Horizon 6 are tied to Discover Japan stamps rather than to winning Horizon events, which is a change from Forza Horizon 5. Unlocking and buying are separate steps: the stamp makes the house available, and then you still need the credits.

1. Earn Discover Japan points from the Collection Journal: smash boards, find mascots, photograph landmarks and complete events.
2. Reach the Gold stamp, the seventh stamp. One guide puts the threshold at 20,000 Discover Japan points; this takes a lot of progression.
3. Buy the Vision House for 1,500,000 CR.

Where is the Vision House?

Operation Sports places it in the Ohtani region, northwest of Tokyo, in the centre of a dense forest just north of the Matsumi Great Bridge. It sits on a mountainside overlooking Tokyo City. Because it is hidden in the trees, it is easy to drive past if you stay on main roads. The Forza Horizon 6 map guide shows where Ohtani sits.

What does the Vision House give you?

• Driving With Friends: an extra 10% skill score on LINK skills, useful for skill-point farming with friends; see the money farm guide.
• Additional Garage Slot: one more Display Car Locator in your customisable garage.

What are all the houses in Forza Horizon 6?

There are eight houses. Buying all of them costs more than 7 million credits. The table follows Red Bull and Game Rant; FandomWire lists the Tokyo House as needing the Yellow stamp, while most guides say it is available from the start.

What is the Estate?

The Estate is a mountain valley you can build on. Forza.net's starting guide says Mei asks you to visit her grandparents' abandoned home, the Yashiki House, after your first stamp, and buying it unlocks the Estate. Anything you build there is permanent and visitable by your friends.

Red Bull's comparison with Forza Horizon 5 describes the Estate as a large plot for out-buildings, garages, showrooms and even your own racetrack. Prop packs extend the options; Series 6 added a 17-piece 7-Eleven Konbini Prop Pack usable in EventLab, garages and the Estate.

How do you visit another player's Estate?

Forza.net confirms that anything you build on your Estate is permanent and visitable by your friends. The official starting guide does not describe the exact menu path for visiting, so that step is still to be confirmed here.

Which house should you buy first?

Buy the Yashiki House first: it costs only 10,000 CR and opens the Estate. VIP owners get the Tokyo House and its daily Wheelspin free. After that, Red Bull's money guide recommends buying houses before expensive cars, because perks like Daily Wheelspin and Credit Stunts keep paying back. The Vision House is the last one most players can afford, which fits its Gold stamp requirement.
