What radio stations are in Forza Horizon 6?

Nine stations carry more than 100 tracks across electronica, drum and bass, hip-hop, rock, indie, synthwave and modern classical. Horizon Pulse and Horizon Bass Arena return from earlier games; Gacha City Radio and Horizon Wave are new. Full track lists are on the Forza fan wiki, Dexerto and KeenGamer; the table picks a few tracks from each.

What is the I wanna wake up where you are song?

It is You by Lane 8 (with Kasablanca on the Horizon Pulse listing), the song on the Forza Horizon 6 title screen. The line I wanna wake up where you are is its repeated hook, which is why so many people search for it.

Players are split. On the official Forza forums, some say it became grating after a few days and asked for an option to change the title music; others prefer it to Forza Horizon 4's intro. It has also turned into a TikTok meme.

Can you turn off the title-screen music?

There is no in-game option. A Steam user posted a PC workaround: in the game folder under media, Audio, FMODBanks, rename the files GLB_RadioPressStart.assets.bank and GLB_RadioPressStart.bank. This modifies game files and is unsupported; rename rather than delete so you can undo it, and expect an update or file verification to restore them. The mods page explains the general risk of changing game files.

Who is Takehiro Sato?

Takehiro Sato is the DJ of Horizon Opus, the neo-classical station. The Forza fan wiki describes him as a classically trained pianist, voiced by Japanese actor Yuta Takenaka. He is also one of the Friends you can meet in the game: guides say you unlock him by tuning to Horizon Opus and driving around the open world until he appears, with no prompt telling you when. Some videos link meeting him with unlocking the Toyota AE86, but that connection is still to be confirmed.

Can you play your own music or Spotify?

Not officially. On PC, a community mod adds Spotify playback with dynamic audio, and VPEsports reports no bans tied to it; it is still an unofficial mod. If you just want the songs outside the game, forza.labsgg.com lists the soundtrack with Spotify links.

What else changed in the audio?

Beyond music, Forza Horizon 6 introduced Triton Acoustics, which changes how sound behaves in tunnels and busy streets, and Series 6 added Drive Mode audio for several hypercars. See the FH6 vs FH5 comparison for the wider changes.
