Forza Horizon 6 Danger Signs: 3-Star Jumps and Best Cars
On this page
How many Danger Signs are there?
MapMaster counts 20 Danger Signs, spread from the snowy ridges of Sotoyama to the ramps of Tokyo City, and pins all of them on an interactive map with distances and start points. Each jump is scored from one to three stars: one star is reachable in almost any decent car, while three stars often need a maxed-out top-speed run.
Which Danger Signs are hardest?
Speeds and starting points come from guides rather than from Playground, so expect small differences with your own build. For Irokawa Launch, one guide recommends the 2018 Ferrari FXX-K Evo from the Welcome Pack.
| Danger Sign | 3-star target | Approach tip |
|---|---|---|
| Tokyo City Lookout | 640.1 m | Start from the northwestern hill past the tarmac road west of the sign; hit the ramp at about 210 mph |
| Highway Jump | 518.2 m (about 1,700 ft) | Seasonal version required a Japanese B-class (B600) car; the 1991 Honda Beat was the top pick, the Subaru 22B the budget option |
| Irokawa Launch (Nangan) | 426.7 m | Start from the far side of the road southwest of the sign; hit it at about 230 mph |
How do you get three stars on a Danger Sign?
For a dedicated jump build, guides suggest lower downforce and taller gearing for extra air time, and a slightly stiffer suspension without maxing it out.
- Give yourself a long run-up. Many three-star jumps need about half a mile; one guide suggests starting to accelerate 800 metres out.
- Line up dead straight and keep the steering centred. Any angle at the lip bleeds forward momentum.
- Stay flat on the throttle up to and over the ramp; lifting off throws away the speed you built.
- If you keep clipping something in the air, change your approach line slightly rather than adding more speed.
What is the best car for Danger Signs?
EZG's guide calls the Mercedes-AMG ONE a good all-rounder, balancing top speed, downforce and power. Guides also note that X-class hypercars set distance records, but a heavy off-roader can land more reliably on rough approaches, and that a stable car that reaches the ramp quickly often beats a twitchy high-power build.
For jumps that are really about top speed, the same cars that top Speed Trap lists apply. The fastest car page covers them, including the GT-R Black Edition Forza Edition.
Is there a Danger Sign at Shirakawa-go?
Players search for one, but the Shirakawa-go area's PR stunt named in the guides we checked is a Speed Trap in the village. If a seasonal challenge names a Danger Sign there, the in-game map is the authority; the Shirakawa-go guide covers the area.
Why does a jump need a specific car this week?
Seasonal PR stunt challenges in the Festival Playlist can add a class or car restriction, like the seasonal Highway Jump's Japanese B600 requirement. Check the challenge card before picking a car; the weekly challenge guide shows what is live this week.
Other PR stunts
- XP boards: 200 smashable boards; see the XP boards guide.
- Speed Traps: the two hardest, Airfield Runway and Izu Skyline, need about 230 mph for three stars, per Timesaver.
- Drift Zones: see the drift guide.
